The Bau-Invest group’s projects are known for their higher standards and used conceptual solutions, high-quality architecture from young Czech architects and modern – yet already proven – technologies. Therefore, our past projects met with success not only on the open market but also amongst professionals – Havlíčkovi sady Residence was nominated for Building of the Year.

Since, as one of the few, we do not entirely leave our projects even after completing their sales, we design and build as if they were our own. Thus, we focus not only on the appropriate structural solutions but also on the infrastructure in and around the building, so that a future owner (whether you intend it for your own living or as an attractive investment) would be more than satisfied. As developers, we participate in the design from the start, come up with interesting layouts and do not rely on set solutions or templates from other projects. We take inspiration from the world around us, but also from what we see as ideal living.

We take care not only about the building itself but also about the effects it may have on its surroundings. For that reason, LINEA PURA is completely emission free (geothermal wells and heat pumps are used for heating and cooling), it also creates a new park in the inner courtyard and so complements tree lines around its outer perimeter. The residents as well as the wider public may also find useful available shops and cafes on the first floor of the building. A fitness and, for example, a doctor’s office can also be found there.
